Program Overview
There are several parts to Quantum Management Coaching and Recruiting™.
 We train you to be the best coach available:
We train you in analyzing their business data and creating an appropriate business plan for each agent. We work with you to acquire accountability skills. We are your long-term coach. We provide you with the support you need.
We provide the training materials, DVD's with training material and outlines for all the different coaching groups.
Begin with Coaching your own agents.
This gives you practice and mastery in the process and the materials. We provide the materials and training support in your learning process. Your agents then become your advocate in the agent population. It creates a culture within your office that is positive and nurturing.
Recruiting as a system.
We provide a step-by-step, proven system to recruit agents. If you leave it to chance, it is doomed to failure. We provide the system, the scripts, the business analyzer program and the data on agents to target.
Long-Term follow-up and coaching.
Just as your agents need your help in keeping their business on track, managers need that same kind of support and coaching. We continue to improve the materials, sharing them with you. We provide on-going accountability for you to keep your program on track. We provide conferences and other opportunities to share and brainstorm with other managers.
